Confidentiality Promise

Confidentiality is of utmost of importance to us. We understand that in your role as the seller of a pharmacy, you will be required to disclose and provide access to financial and proprietary information. Therefore, we require all potential buyers and sellers to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before releasing any information about the pharmacy for sale. Additionally, we understand that your position as the seller requires discretion when discussing a potential sale of a pharmacy for fear of losing customers and/or upsetting employees. We ask for your discretion and confidentiality throughout all aspects of the process as well as we will do the same for you.
- Buyers are pre-qualified through a series of questions and required disclosures to ascertain their ability to financially purchase the pharmacy. Beyond their financial capabilities, during this stage we also seek to validate the sincerity of their intentions to actually complete the purchase.
- All of our pharmacy listings are anonymous (“blind”) and contain the appropriate amount of information to allow the buyer adequate insight into the nature and key aspects of each business.
- Every prospective buyer is required to execute our NDA agreement before any identifying details are released.
